SHIPPING POLICY AND GUIDELINES

All items in store take 5-7 business days to process.  Most of our products are typically shipped from one of our overseas facilities, we have multiple fulfillment centers around the world to speed up delivery times. However, shipping time is typically dependent on how long customs takes, which can vary from country to country.

Here is an estimate of the shipping times.  Due to factors that often affect international shipments, such as holidays, customs, and weather delays, we can only offer an estimate of shipping times.

Can I Ship to an Address Other Than My Own?

We welcome you to ship to another address other than your own. When you are ready to check out, enter the correct Billing Address matching your payment method. Enter the name and address of the recipient in the Shipping Address portion of your checkout.

I ordered 2 Items, why did i only receive one?

When you order multiple items they may be shipped separately due to logistically reasons. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you.

I placed an order, but I didnt receive a confirmation email.. what's going on?

Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there. 

I messed up my shipping address and/or size/color, can I change it?

If this happens to you, just email us as soon as you can and we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't make any promises. All of our orders are processed daily, and most orders are shipped within 24 hours of order placement. If your order has already been shipped, take heart. We'll still try to make it right. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.

I dont have a tracking number, when will I get it?

We will send out a tracking number to you via email as soon as your order has been shipped, the tracking information will be available 3-5 days later.

What if I dont receive my item? Do you guarantee delivery?

We 100% guarantee delivery of every item! If you do not receive your order within the delivery window, simply contact us at contact@micella.net and we will get you taken care of!
