WHAT’S YOUR REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY?
Customer is eligible for exchanges within 10 days upon receipt of the package shown on the tracking number that we provide. Item/s must be unworn, unwashed, and must be in the original packaging. You may reach our email support how we can better assist you.
Please be advised that you need to provide a tracking number for us to be able to process exchange and replacement.
Returns will not be accepted if you do not first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from email@example.com
Refund – Customer is always eligible for refund for certain time frame. Please check the table below
- 11 days onwards no refund will be granted.
- We do charge according to the date that the shipper sent it back via tracking number that was provided.
- All items should be returned and tracking number should be provided in order to process your refund.
- Item/s must be unworn, unwashed, and must be in the original packaging.

Order cancellation – We can cancel order as long as the item has not been shipped, typically within 6-12 hours. However, we want to let you know that if we cancel an order we will deduct a 15% fee to cover up the processing fee from our merchant.
Please be advised to return back the item within time frame, we base dates on the tracking number that you provide.
