SHIPPING & INSURANCE POLICY

We offer FREE shipping on Singapore for all orders S$70 and over! For orders under S$70, our shipping costs are flat S$4 to Singapore and S$10 to anywhere in the world.

Our shipping are registered mail, always come with tracking number.

*Please note we are NOT responsible if the package is lost or delayed during shipment. No compensation will be made for packages once shipped. Please consider buying shipping insurance with your order!

It is wise to purchase insurance to protect your order, our insurance guarantees 100% replacement of your order for packages lost or stolen. (with correct address)

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEMS AFTER ORDER DATE?

Your order will be processed within 2-3 business day. You will receive your item within 5-7 days after order date in Singapore.

For international order, please allow  2-4 weeks and depending on how fast customs in your country processes the package, however, most of the time you may receive your items earlier unless there iscircumstances beyond our control such as custom holds, natural disasters, country regulations, etc. The duration depends on the shipping method and the destination country. Delays may occur due to Holidays and/or any unforeseen events such as Earthquake, floods or typhoons. Please do note as well that custom inspections can be a factor during shipment. No matter what happens, rest assured you will receive your items within the 6 weeks time period.

WHO PAY FOR TAXES & DUTIES?

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination.
